School Cancelled

Colville School District has announced earlier today that school will be cancelled for the rest of January due to slick roads in the mountains. "The safety of our students is priority number one for us," said Michael Cashion, superintendent for the district. "We won't have school again until we're sure our students won't be threatened by a single flake."



















Teacher of the Year

Today President Obama announced that Papa Bear from Colville Junior High School has been selected as "Teacher of the Universe." The President has decided to move to Colville so his daughters can enroll in the Colville School District. "It's not me. It's the awesome students at the school that should get all the credit," said Mr. Brooks on CNN.
